Seven years ago, my wife, Fouzia Habeeb, and I, Habeeb Ali, embarked on a culinary adventure unlike any other. Our dream was simple yet ambitious: to open a fried chicken restaurant that stood out from the crowd. But we didn't just want to serve ordinary fried chicken; we aimed to revolutionize the experience. Rapids Chicken was born after seven years of meticulous planning and developing our unique marinades, breading, and a collection of seasonings.
