Seven years ago, my wife, Fouzia Habeeb, and I, Habeeb Ali, embarked on a culinary adventure unlike any other. Our dream was simple yet ambitious: to open a fried chicken restaurant that stood out from the crowd. But we didn't just want to serve ordinary fried chicken; we aimed to revolutionize the experience. Rapids Chicken was born after seven years of meticulous planning and developing our unique marinades, breading, and a collection of seasonings.
Our five distinct seasonings include:

Garden Mint: Refreshing and aromatic, bringing a whisper of cool mint.
American Barbecue: A sweet and smoky taste of the American heartland.

Each seasoning is a testament to our dedication to flavor and innovation. But that's not all. Our wraps are crafted with unique sauces, and we take pride in our special Rapids Mojitos, available in grape, cherry, blue raspberry, and watermelon flavors.
We also specialize in catering with a touch of our Indian heritage, offering dishes like biryani alongside our Western menu. We're particularly proud of this blend of Eastern and Western cuisines.
The magic begins in our kitchen, where we marinate our chicken for over 14 hours, ensuring that each piece is perfectly seasoned. We then coat it in our special breading and cook it in a pressure fryer, combining steam and pressure to lock in the flavors. This process guarantees that our chicken is consistently delicious and unique every time.
Even our French fries stand out. Lightly breaded, they offer a crispy, compelling twist on the classic side dish.
